General Rules
These rules of activities govern the use of the Halara website and application ("Halara"), provided and operated solely by US DFS Inc. or its affiliated companies from time to time ("we" or the "Company"), as well as the delivery or payment of any rewards or benefits to Halara individual users in local countries (in each case, a "User") for performing certain activities through the application (together, the "Activities"). These rules of activities are an integral part of Halara's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these rules by reference and may be accessed at any time by Users (collectively, the "Rules"). By participating in an Activity, the User confirms that he/she has read, understood, agreed upon and adhered to the entire content of the Rules. Additional relevant information may be available on the activity page associated with the specific Activity for the eligible User for the reward (the "Activity Page"). Failure to comply with any of the Rules will disqualify the User from receiving any rewards or benefits related to the Activities.
Neither Halara's activities nor payment of any reward or benefit to Users constitutes a sweepstake or contest, as each User who participates and completes a designated Activity as described below will receive an established reward or benefit. Halara’s Activities do not involve luck, prize or contest and the rewards or benefits related to them are based on objective compensation criteria.
1.If a user shares the same email address with another User, the platform will deem the two Users to be one User in the Activities will be rewarded on the basis of the Activity involving a single User, or one or both Users may be disqualified and deemed ineligible by the Company.
2.The User cannot have multiple accounts, use location/network/identity spoofing tools, use VPNs, use virtual devices, virtual phones, or virtual phone numbers, or employ any other technology, device, or method to prevent the Company from ensuring adherence to these Rules
3.Due to the limited amount of activities available, different users will have access to different activities at different times, depending on traffic volumn.
4.Program terms, such as amounts and payment method, may be changed at any time by Company.
5.If a User has ever been or is reasonably suspected, in the sole discretion and determination of the Company, of violating these Rules, our Terms of and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, the Company shall have the right to take measures which may include, but are not limited to, canceling the User’s account, cancelling Activity qualification, disapproving rewards, restricting login, banning the account, and restricting re-registration and use. the Company will also have the right to retract rewards received by the User, recover the amount withdrawn or the amount equivalent to the rewards, and take further legal actions against the User if deemed necessary. Violations of these Rules, our Terms and Conditions include, but are not limited to, downloading unofficial versions of the app; using mobile phone numbers that are suspected of being high-risk spam numbers; using illegal tools such as simulators, plug-ins, app emulating software to scan codes, download, install, register, log in, donate, receive cash, or withdraw cash; using the same terminal device to repeatedly register and log into multiple accounts; tampering with device data; disturbing the order of the platform, such as through malicious behavior; using plug-ins, group control systems or third-party tools to interfere with, damage, modify or exert other influence on the platform and disturbing the functionality of the website or the App; and other improper means considered by the Company. For any loss to the User caused by any of the above acts, the platform assumes no liability and will not make any compensation or reimbursement for such loss.
6.If the Activities are adjusted, suspended or unable to be carried out due to force majeure (which shall include any unforeseen events, beyond the Company's reasonable control, hindering the Company's fulfilment of its obligations), relevant regulations or policies, event adjustment or other reasons, the Company has the right to decide to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Activities at any time without any legal liability or responsibility. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company also may decide, for any reason, in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Rules and Activities at any time in accordance with Paragraph 10 below.
7.The Company assumes no any legal responsibility if there are errors in the distribution and redemption of awards, or if a User is unable or fails to participate in an Activity as a result of any attack, tamper, interference, destruction, modification or exertion of other adverse influences on the platform and the Activity through various improper means by a third party, or system, network or software faults, bugs or connection issues.
8.During an Activity, if a User uninstalls, logs out, or closes the website or the App, or changes or swaps the login account, such activities may result in the loss of information, including any received or incurred awards, or the loss of ongoing activity progress, in which case awards will not be provided to the User. The User should be careful when using the website or the App to avoid such occurrences.
9.The Company assumes no legal or economic responsibility or liability for a User who is unable to participate in an Activity due to improper operation of the website or the App by the User, or because of the User’s device or network failure, the network failure of a payment platform, the failure of a telecommunication operator, the restriction of third party platforms or other reasons beyond the control of the Company.
10.The Company is not responsible if any User, person or third party, without authorization, claims to be Halara or the Company, engages in similar activities, engages in malicious or fraudulent behavior, transfers or sells awards, maliciously informs Users of having received awards, or otherwise engages in fraud or dishonest or illegal conduct that results in User losses.
11.The Company reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate or adjust the Rules and Activities at any time, with three (3) days prior notice. Relevant changes, cancellations, terminations or adjustments will be published in the Rules and on the Activity Page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Users that continue to use Halara or participate in Activities will be deemed to agree to the abovementioned changed or adjusted Rules and to the change, adjustment, cancellation or termination of Activities. Any User that rejects the changes, cancellations, terminations or adjustments to the Rules and Activities shall stop participating in such Activities.
12.Users may not use any Activity for gambling or other illegal activities. If any User of Halara is found to have engaged in any such conduct, the Company has the right to cancel the User's account and qualification to participate in the Activity and recover awards and cash. If any loss is caused to the Company due to the User's actions, the User shall be liable for full compensation to the Company. The Company reserve the right to file a lawsuit against the criminal act mentioned above.
13.The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the platform are also applicable to the Activities addressed in these Rules. In case of any conflict between these Rules and the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the former shall govern. For activities not addressed in these Rules, the Terms and Conditions shall govern.
14.This Activity is solely sponsored by US DFS Inc. or its affiliates.
